CONTENT:
The Columbus McKinnon Hoist Maintenance School has been developed to
instruct CM hoist users in hoist disassembly, repair and trouble shooting
procedures. The seminar covers the complete line of CM hoists from lever
tools, hand operated chain hoists to electric chain hoists. The elements
of such a program are given to each employee in a CM hoist safety kit.
All manuals and instructional materials are provided. Classes are
limited in size which permits hands-on-product exposure and maximum
individual attention. The CM Hoist School not only provides an excellent
opportunity for individuals to learn more about proper hoist maintenance
procedures, it also affords each attendee the chance to meet and talk with
hoist users from other companies who share similar interests in CM
products.
A certificate of completion is awarded at the conclusion of the
seminar.
SCHEDULING:
The CM Hoist Maintenance School takes place at the CM Corporate Learning
Center in Amherst, New York. Attendance is by invitation only, arranged
through a CM territory manager. To provide maximum individual attention,
each group is limited in size. Therefore, if at all possible, commitments
to attend should be kept to avoid a lengthy rescheduling delay. |
EXPENSE:
There is no charge for the school and training materials. Individuals are
responsible for lodging and evening meals. Lunches will be provided by CM.
Transportation between hotel and the CM Learning Center is provided. All
other expenses, including air and land travel, are the responsibility of
the attendee.
TRAVEL:
Those planning to travel by air should fly into the Buffalo International
Airport. Amherst is easily accessible by car, just twenty minutes from
